BU ATHLETICS

2023-24

Thank you for taking the time to view the 2023-24 BU Athletics annual report. It was a year in which we had a lot to be proud of, and it’s always important to take a step back and admire the accomplishments of our incredible student-athletes.

Over half of our programs either won a conference title or finished runner-up this past year. We had several student-athletes recognized as the best in their conference and our teams combined for the highest winning percentage of any Division I school in New England. Most importantly, however, was our student-athletes posting a 3.42 grade-point average – our highest ever – with 158 Terriers receiving their degrees.

We take pride in fostering opportunities for development that lead to our success. Our coaches start this process by searching around the country and the globe to recruit new Terriers. It is a responsibility that is not taken lightly, as our accomplished staff works tirelessly to identify standouts who can excel both during their time at BU and also throughout their lives and careers as proud ambassadors of our world-class institution.

As we offer a look back at 2023-24, our focus is already on the future. Each team that raised a trophy last year is working hard to do so again while those that came up just short are highly driven to take that next step.

We are truly grateful for the outstanding support throughout campus that allows our teams to not only set high goals, but to reach them.

Go BU!
